What To Expect With Our Services
SERVICE DETAILS
- Snow Clearing Schedule: Services are performed using a 2-pass system. The first pass is typically completed before 6:00 AM, with a second pass beginning around 8:00 AM to address areas blocked by overnight vehicles and municipal plow windrows.
- Equipment Used: Driveways are serviced using tractors with inverted snow blowers. This method provides efficient, thorough clearing with minimal risk of surface damage compared to plow trucks.
- Walkway Service (if selected): Separate crews perform front walkway and step shoveling for clients who have this option included in their season pass.
- Dispatch Notifications: Clients will receive text and/or email alerts confirming when crews are dispatched to their property.
- Driveway Markers: Professional snow stakes/markers will be installed on each property to define clearing areas and help avoid obstacles.
- Safety Buffer: Operators are trained to maintain a 12–16 inch buffer from garage doors, structures, and parked vehicles. Clients are responsible for clearing snow within this buffer zone to ensure full coverage of their driveway.
- Customer Support: Phone support is available during service hours for assistance with questions or concerns.
